MFE/ALD

December 3rd and 4th Waynoka FFA members, Stetson Nix, Korbin Ferguson, Hunter Durkee, Tayen Redgate, and Makinze Smith attended the “Made for Excellence” and “Advance Leadership Development” camps. MFE explores topics such as self-esteem, motivation, goal setting, and teamwork. ALD explored topics such as communication, team leadership, personal growth, and careers. They listened to motivational speakers, enjoyed a magic show, and even danced. They had a great time learning how to become better leaders and meeting new people. They can’t wait to bring their new leadership skills back to the chapter and community.
